BEGINNERS are welcome to attend all and any classes. We encourage you to find your perfect fit as you might be the beginner to yoga who can tie yourself into knots or you might be the beginner to yoga who is also a beginner to your body.
To get the full picture, please read the HOW TO GET STARTED section of the Schedules tab. Here below a few important items...
- Please arrive EARLY to avoid being locked out and to show respect for the others ready to practice at start of class time.
- Don't eat at least 2 hours prior to class. You will feel better doing asana on an empty stomach and allow the blood to leave your digestive system and process through other systems of your body.
