FOR BEGINNERS, ANY OF THESE CLASSES ARE FOR YOU...AS WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT - you might be the beginner at yoga who can tie yourself in knots or you might be the beginner to yoga and to your body.
Please read the full detail of HOW TO GET STARTED on the schedules tab! A brief intro below:
- Please arrive EARLY to avoid being locked out and to also show consideration for the yogic environment and others already on their mat.
- Once at the studio, no shoes on the yoga floor please.
- Don't eat atleast 2 hours before so your blood can move through your body instead of being focussed in your digestive system. You will also feel better doing asanas on an empty stomach.
