Karma Yoga

Anyone may apply to work in exchange for yoga classes at The Haum of Yoga.

Anyone may apply to live on The Haum of Yoga premises, while participating in a course, workshop or just to be in a yoga environment for a while and offer work in exchange for board. Food will be paid for separately.

Travelling to South Africa? Stay at the Shala for free in exchange for Karma Yoga services provided for the duration of stay.

Yoga teacher? Travel to South Africa, stay at the Shala and teach yoga for your accomodation!
